The Health and Safety audit reviews existing documentation, or management systems can be undertaken as a stand alone one-off, or as the initial part of the implementation of a full management system. Both options culminate in a gap analysis detailing areas requiring improvement or compliance, all shown as a percentage score, allowing the client to apportion resources as required, with support from our consultants, to achieve full cost effective compliance.

The Health and Safety inspection concentrates on the physical workplace and can be undertaken as a stand alone one-off, or as the initial part of the implementation of a full management system. Risk Assessment

We can undertake on your behalf, or assist you, to produce task specific suitable and sufficient risk assessments. We will involve your staff in this process; we will provide the technical expertise, thereby giving ownership of the assessment process to your staff and company, therefore making sure it is used and ultimately saving lives! This service can be undertaken as a stand alone one-off, or as the initial part of the implementation of a full management system.

Fire Risk Assessment

We can undertake on your behalf, or assist you, to produce plant or building specific, suitable and sufficient Fire risk assessment. Can be undertaken as a stand alone one-off, or as the initial part of the implementation of a full management system.

Display Screen Assessments

Following an initial self assessment of their workstation by the user, our consultants will review and discuss the responses on an individual basis, advising additional changes where necessary to achieve an ergonomic fit of user and their workstation. Reports will be issued to management detailing changes made to the individual’s workstation, and additional works required that could not be remedied at the initial assessment. Can be undertaken as a stand alone one-off, or as the initial part of the implementation of a full management system.

COSHH

Our consultants will audit your workplace, identifying and logging all hazardous substances on site. Those that are no longer used can be disposed of in accordance with Manufacturers recommendations. Those substances that are used will be assessed against how they are used and formal assessments will be issued. Can be undertaken as a stand alone one-off, or as the initial part of the implementation of a full management system.

Health and Safety Management System

We can design and implement a full, company specific, health and safety management system compliant with the HSE HSG 65, which includes company Health and Safety policy, Accident report and investigation, risk assessments, Fire assessments, Display screen assessments, COSHH assessments and essential proformas. Our consultants will fulfill the role of competent person on your behalf.

Integrated OHSAS 18001;2008 Health and Safety Management System

We can design, implement, internally audit a Health and Safety Management System and assist in gaining external accreditation to OHSAS 180012008.

Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2008

Noise assessment

Our consultants can undertake a full noise assessment of your workplace, producing a report detailing actual daily exposure, ways of noise reduction and fitting the correct hearing protection dependent on frequency (Hz).

Our consultants can undertake a farm to plate food hazard analysis, identifying Critical Control Points (CCP), their control and monitoring.
